EarthCraft is a green building certification offered through Southface. Since its inception in 1999, the EarthCraft program has certified tens of thousands of homes in the Southeast. While any project can incorporate “green” features, the program focuses on a coordinated systems-based approach to improving the home’s comfort, efficiency, durability and air quality with the involvement of an independent third party (the Technical Advisor).
As an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, Howard is involved in all phases of the process to facilitate a coordinated approach and attention to detail in order that the process goes as smoothly as possible. A Technical Advisor, as an independent third party, verifies through inspections, diagnostic testing and document review that the customer is receiving what they are paying for.
